Eligibility for the Client Directed Home Care Invoicing Program is determined by Alberta Health Services (AHS). You may qualify if:
- You have been assessed by AHS and approved for home care services.
- You prefer to choose and direct your own caregiver or care provider.
- You require consistent support at home due to medical, mobility, or persona

- You are able to participate in managing your care plan, or have a representative who can assist.

- Complete an AHS Home Care Assessment. Contact Alberta Health Services to request an assessment for home care support.
- Receive CDHCI approval. If eligible, AHS will confirm that you qualify for the CDHCI program.
- Select A Medical Agency as your provider. Simply let AHS know you would like A Medical Agency to deliver your care.
- We begin your p

We can guide you to apply for the program and once approved, our Director of Care will work with you to create a personalized care plan, schedule your services, and manage the administrative and billing responsibilities. Through this program A Medical Agency will direct bill Alberta Blue Cross on your behalf.
